Simple inputs for the dates, vax name, and lot numbers. Take a photo of your immunization card, QR code, and ID, to display in the app along with the data. This app does not take the place of any government or health agency issued 'passport' type of app. Our apps never have any annoying 'in-app' purchases or ads. This is why we have a small fee for the app.
