The My View Portal app is deployable to smartphones, tablets, netbooks, laptops, and other handheld devices, to capture feedback when the customer experience is forged.
Our app integrates with the My View Research platform to enable Mystery Shoppers to complete assignments offline, giving the ability to cover larger areas easily and rapidly collect accurate data.
Please note that the "Auto-Alert Nearby Opportunities" functionality uses the device's GPS. Continued use of the GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. You can turn on/off this functionality from the settings menu.
