I tried to record a video on the app and it didn’t work. I tried to upload a video and it didn’t work. I don’t have time for silly games

Absolutely awful, impossible to meet their requirements it is absolutely ridiculous there’s no way to make hardly any information into an 8 minute video, they won’t make any reasonable adjustments at all, I can’t trust them at all what they say on a task is different to what they say on an email, I asked for help and got back hardly anything and just disable your account, I did look forward to taking part and now I will be enjoying the snacks that they’ve sent me, complete waste of time they can 100% do research over video call like many other reputable research firms can do which would be far more straightforward but nope you’ve got to get everything right with hardly any guidance at all and Hana is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the history of when I started working on research projects with different research firms
