I’ll give them negative 100 . They have alot of scam brokers. Sam said you will get load if your MC is under 3 month , but its nothing, its waste of time and about billing, when i close my account they charge me $65 and he said i have to give 30 day notice, they doing bull**** and charging hardworking people for nothing. He don’t care about people money, this kind of people all they need money . Be aware from this kind of people, think 100 time before if you going to buy a subscription.

I signed up with my virtual fleet in early 2019. Paid $300 plus $50 monthly payment. At first I received several emails for loads. However I never won any bid even at .40 Cent per mile. Late 2019 I decided I was going to cancel my membership. I called & emailed Sam disconnect to my service. He never respond. It’s now March 2022. I have been getting billed on my credit card $50 for the last two years. I called an email almost every other month and no response from them at all. Stay away from this company. You have been warned.

It is a scam. Also, if you want to unsubscribe, you can do everything they say, and they still keep charging you. After some time, they start ignoring. Be aware and careful.

Paid $500, for more than a month we got the information about load and we sent this information another company who bid for us a load, but more than a month we couldn’t catch any load accept that one. We bid on the load, but never had a reply from a broker , even do our emails was set up correctly.
Best Load Board for Cargo Vans and Sprinters
I just joined today. My company would not have survived the COVID without MVF. I got 3 loads for my IC drivers from Texas,Illinois and Pennsylvania. The staff are very helpful regarding Insurance, Regulations and Compliance.

3 months ago I started my virtual fleet with 1 van; While it was a bumpy start and I was nervous at first, as I followed the course the way Sam instructed, step by step, along the way it worked out great! I now have grown to 7 cargo Vans on the road and business is doing great. I highly recommend my virtual fleet as the way to go to get your business up and running on the right track to success. Dissatisfied Customer
Paid the $300 and wasn’t able to book 1 load. Never a reply from offers even after bidding only .50 cents a mile. Not one reply. Requested help and was told to watch demo. Requested refund and no reply. Continued to debit my account even after requesting in email, text and phone I no longer wanted the service. They were very nice and responsive until they got the money and then they disappear. The loads are old and mostly already booked. Don’t fall for it. Save your money and hire a dispatcher or broker who will at least communicate with you.

In response to your reply: ALL LIES. You take money and don t do what you claim not get back to us. Scam. Never heard one thing back from you until now and it took over a year for them to even speak up in response to my review. Don’t waste time or money with this company. Their response after a year is proof that they don’t care nor do they try to “remedy the situation” as they put it. Go to the load boards directly people not some 3rd party scammers who do absolutely nothing. I requested all or part of my refund and you all see their response. Check out the negative reviews; they all say the same thing pretty much. Apple should refuse to do business with you.

No loads
Paid $415 and couldn’t book one load. You keep receiving emails, but when you bid.... there is no answer back. The owner says ... you have to sign up with the brokers and then you will be able to get loads. It doesn’t work like that. You get the load - the bid- and then you send them all info. You’re better off if you take $400 and throw it in the garbage. Very disappointed. Not one load and I tried believe me.

Total lack of support
I have attempted contact by emailing support on numerous occasions the last couple of weeks. Absolutely not one single response. Two of our drivers are unable to be tracked and app continuously ask for a manual update over and over. Company is now considering other alternative services.

I downloaded the app, but nothing. Zip. They are unwilling to provide a demo unless you speak to a high pressure sales representative. Put your money where your mouth is and quit emailing me your crap !
