Terrible app, service and network
I’ve been using it when traveling with prepaid eSIM. The app is absolute trash - it never shows accurate usage. It shows I have 20Gb data and I get a text that I have used it all up. Right now I can’t make phone calls because they have outage with prepaid calling. Nobody at the stores was able to help me. Didn’t know it was possible to be so incompetent.

Completely worthless!
It has worked less and less as the days go by. Instead of buying the competition, invest some money into your own company and the customers will come by themselves if it is worth it.

Useless app
This is the most useless a user unfriendly app for utilities I have ever seen and used. The app just works against the user instead of the user.

App is not working
After you log in with a unique sms code, you are taken to the home screen with a gray background and nothing else. You can’t load your card, can’t see your usage, nothing. I tried to delete the add and download it again and still nothing. What are you developers doing? Why don’t y’all fix it?
Yet again the app is broken
The devs find different ways to break this app to the point of it being unusable with every new update. This time literally none of your information renders. You cant see your usage, you cant make payments, but if you're interested in staring at a gray box all day long, this app is for you!

приложението постоянно ме изплюва от акаунта ми. при всяка влизане трябва да се впиша наново с телефонен номер и четирицифрен код. половината бутони в приложението не функционират. пълна трагедия.
Extremely bad
Lots of features broken all the time. Never able to set up automatic payments, so I have to pay manually every month and get disabled often due to forgetting. Their sessions expire a lot, but password field doesn't allow pasting -- encouraging me to instead set insecure passwords that are easy to type. The worst. Why not allow text code as default login method anyway? Absolutely the worst and anyone could rewrite their auth better in an afternoon.

Completely useless
This app is completely useless! Doesn’t recognise mobile number or user, clicking on link for Forgotten password even not forgotten - link has already expired before receiving. Pure rubbish!

Started to have problems after the last update
Every single time I open the app it asks me to log in into my profile and when I do it says that I need to complete a registration which I already have and used for years. That started after the last update.
Keeps logging out
You have to enter your login and password every couple of days. If you make a top-up, you can't make a second top-up until the first one is processed.
