I bought e.sim from the app then shocked with lag of the app . I am still trying setting the e.sim app but can't coz it doesn't response to my touch .

The application is was scammed, they have some hidden functions is there for that they are charging amount also

I couldn’t stop the auto renew for my data plan in the app and when I contacted the customer service, their best option was to cancel the plan. this is the first time i deal with an Internet provider that forces you on the auto renewal.
You renewed my subscription without my permission
I turn of the auto renewal but your application turned on and renewed the subscription. This is so bad to do with your customer
