Pathetic and incompetent
They overcharged me, then tried to act as if they didn’t and then said the text was fraud but it’s their contact that gives me codes to enter their sites/apps and when called out they rather acted as if I’m lying to avoid working .
The AI chatbot is so bad it makes me want to destroy AI.
The employee’s would rather find ways to transfer you than to ever fix the problem.
They always send you generic numbers so you’re forced to never talk to the team you wish to without several transfers.
They purposefully hire less people because they believe the waiting and lengths of waiting would convince you to just get the call over with than to actually resolve anything
