We are so sorry you are experiencing troubles logging into the app. The login for the mobile app and web are identical - if you can log in on the web, you should be able to log into the app as well. If you are still experiencing this or any other issue, please contact support@wagepoint.com and the support team will investigate.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I understand how discouraging it is when the app doesn't work the way you expected, especially when you rely on these tools day to day. I'd like to better understand what happened. The My Wagepoint app is built for employees to log their own hours on mobile. I'm wondering if you were looking for manager or admin features on mobile instead—like reviewing or approving timesheets for your team. If that's what you needed, those functions are currently on our web platform. I'd love to know what you were trying to do so I can point you to the right solution. On your concern about remittances—I get why a frustrating app experience would shake your confidence in us more broadly. I want to reassure you that payroll and CRA compliance are handled as core, regulated functions with rigorous accuracy controls. That's a different process from the app, and we take it very seriously. I'm also concerned that you didn't feel heard when you reached out before. That's on us, and I'm sorry. I'd like to make this right. Cant load the app
*** so on feb 27th, i opened it however I thought the purpose of app as an empoyer was to input hours... all I can do here is view paystubs. Not useful.

Hi there, thanks for giving My Wagepoint a try and for your patience. You actually found it ahead of our official launch, so the version you accessed wasn’t fully ready yet. That’s likely what caused the loading issue. The app is now ready and we’d love for you to give it another try. Just download the latest update and try again.
