Terrible experience. I rented parking for 5 days, but the gate location in the app is incorrect, so I have to call support every time I enter or leave. I’ve been waiting up to 30 minutes at the gate. Support knows about the problem but refuses to fix it and doesn’t respond to my messages.

Doesn’t work
It opened a garage to let me park my car with a QR Code. Now that I want to leave…I want to download the app but when I try to input my license plate with the German license plates the entire app crashes. I call customer service and WhatsApp and I’m getting no response. I don’t know how to get my car out.

Ich habe in Brüssel ohne Probleme parken können, Kennzeichen wurde automatisch erfasst. Leider hatte ich eine falsche Buchungszeit reserviert und der nette Mitarbeiter vom telefonischen Kundenservice hat mir die parkzeit korrigiert, welche ich ursprünglich selbst verschuldet habe. Gerne wieder!

It should be convenient
The app had errors several time during last couple days. The tech support will eventually reach you around in 20 minutes, but consider I was outside trying to park or to exit and then waiting the tech response which is bit of stress. What I try to say is this is a good idea, but the app itself and tech support response time should be improved.

Ik sta al een uur te proberen mijn parkeerbeurt te betalen om weg te rijden naar huis…. Erg erg erg…. Eerste en de laatste keer dat ik dit app gebruik, nochtans voor dat ik uitreed was ik zeker dat ik deze zou gebruiken, helaas…. Elke keer zo prutsen wil ik niet

Eine sehr gute App mit einfacher Buchung. Ich hatte bei der Ankunftszeit einen kleinen Fehler gemacht und der Kundensupport war sehr freundlich und konnte mein Problem lösen. Danke 👍🏻
Super efficient and helpful
We parked here overnight while staying at Room Hotel - Bruno. They were so helpful when we were over our time limit, called them and they were able to sort out our payment and fee quickly and without having to worry about getting out of the car park or extra costs. Thank you so much. Great location for a day or 2 in Rotterdam. Secure and great transport links.

Very positive experience
The app is good, parking much cheaper than on street. Support team is really good. I got problem with closing of parking and the support team resolve it without any extra charging
Dynamic Link Domain not found
When creating an account the “dynamic link domain is not found” when clicking on the link in the email.
Parking Bloqué
Nous étions bloqué à l’intérieur du parking. Aucun moyen de sortir, l’hôtel a du venir nous ouvrir après 30 min d’attente. Même schéma lors de notre départ, je pense que l’ancienne méthode pour les parkings est beaucoup plus fiable. Je ne recommande pas.
