Not User Friendly
I use only to renew my landline WE DSL, and my Mi Fi box and after I pay for the packages I have to call them on the phone most of the times to renew or activate my services.

The worest application you can use , it logs you off, very difficult to change the password and keeps deactivating the account , need a lot of upgrade if any one listen to this

They don’t provide static IP for residential says enough.. speeds not real and fiber was not an upgrade

Why do i have to keep updating the app every time something happens, like Eid or the world cup, just for the design to be the only thing that changed. And you can't use the app unless you update it??!?! And you have to log in every time you open it. My goodness who developed this app? a high school dropout??? If you're thinking of using this company, don't. Their wifi ALWAYS cuts out and for long periods, sometimes multiple times a day. Now imagine that happening during an important meeting or online exam. Also, their prices are too high and they're thieves. 200gb used to last me the whole month now i'm lucky if it lasts 2 weeks.

This company steals the citizens money for a not good internet and a very bad service always the servers are down and it takes hours to get past this stupid chatbot that keeps yapping non stop just to hang up on you after your soul gets out of your body

هوا اما يحصل ايڤنت معين لازم اجي احدث التطبيق واما الحدث يخلص اروح احدث تاني عشان التطبيق يفتح انا اسف بس ده عبط والتحدثات بتتعمل لو في حاجة فعلا محتاجة تحديث بس ارجو يعني لان التطبيق شعال زي الفل فبلاش نلعب في بالله عليكو وشكراً

the biggest problem is still the lack of unlimited internet packages. In 2026, it’s frustrating that customers have to constantly monitor usage, buy extra quota, and worry about running out of data before the end of the month.
