Worst developers to ever live

I have never in my life seen a worse app than this i bet a 10 year olde with no experience could make a better one the developers are just some plumbers that got hired same as their "professional technicians" that don’t have any idea on everything they work on same as the horrible customer service that i bet they failed kindergarten and only has middle school education worst app worst people working if they are considered people and worst country to ever exist they need about 100 years to reach the level of today’s technology

Extremely disappointing service

honestly have a very disappointing experience with WE. It is simply not normal to have to recharge my mobile data more than 10 times in a single month. My usage is mainly WhatsApp and Instagram I don’t even use YouTube or other apps that consume a lot of data.
I have contacted customer service many times, and they always tell me that my data consumption is too high and advise me to lower the video quality. I did exactly that, but I still have the same problem.
And this is not just my complaint. It seems to be a common issue among many WE customers. I switched from another network to WE, and honestly, it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made.
I really hope WE takes this issue seriously and finds a solution, because this has become a problem for many customers, not just me

The app is better than the service itself.

The WE network is not very strong in my area and they were not very clear when I signed up for the WE Gold to satisfy my need of the cell number in my vacation.
But though they were easy to deal with.

Not User Friendly

I use only to renew my landline WE DSL, and my Mi Fi box and after I pay for the packages I have to call them on the phone most of the times to renew or activate my services.
The DSL service is good but this app needs to be more useful

Very bad app

The worest application you can use , it logs you off, very difficult to change the password and keeps deactivating the account , need a lot of upgrade if any one listen to this
