About

My Weight is the simplest way to track your weight, day by day. ONE NUMBER, EVERY MORNING Log your weight with a drag-to-scrub ruler built for one-handed use. No long forms, no complicated setup. YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE The home screen shows your current weight, how far you are from your goal, and your logging streak. History includes a trend chart by week, month, or all-time, with your goal marked for reference. IDEAL WEIGHT CALCULATOR Enter your height, sex, and age to see your healthy weight range using BMI (WHO ranges) and three clinical reference formulas (Devine, Robinson, Hamwi). These are general wellness estimates, not a medical diagnosis or treatment advice. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Your entire history is stored locally on your iPhone. No account required. If you want, you can optionally sync your weight with Apple Health. REMINDERS AND STREAKS Set a daily reminder so you never forget to weigh in, and keep track of your consistency streak. EXTRA FEATURES Unlock your estimated goal-reached date (based on your current pace) and a home screen widget with your progress, by watching a short ad — always optional, never required to use the app. AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH The app automatically detects your device's language and units (kg/lb), and you can change both manually anytime. No connected scales, no invasive advertising, no distractions. Just you and your progress. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER My Weight is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. BMI and ideal weight information is general wellness guidance only. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
