Why change it??!
Why did you remove the free play view from the account?? It was so simple to see all of the applicable free play in one place, now you have to scroll the offers to add them up. Change it back, please!

Why does the app no longer show your bonus play along with your rewards? You have to now change the calendar and select bonus play. It’s annoying. Put it back how it was!

Why is my Elite free play so low?
Going to be Elite 3 years in a row and my free play is $25.
Logging in
I can never ever login it asked for my telephone number. I put it in asking me for my code. I put that in and I’ve never ever sent me the verification number so I could never get into the app.
Needs improvement
Needs all the information for the restaurants, gift shops & bars. The hours of operation is not correct.

This app keeps sending me in circles. It keeps telling me to open the app then add my phone number. Then it starts all over. App is terrible

I sometimes feel the same way. But lately I have noticed a change towards making the customer feel that they are more valued. I am still evaluating my visits. I could not add a name.

I’ve complain numerous times and came to a conclusion this casino really doesn’t care. I’ve spoken to many of the staff members who agree. The casino is so big complaints don’t matter. Send them to standard form letter and call it a day. The top CEO and CFO turn their back on problems and wait for them to go away. Not realizing other casinos are right down the road. If Texas goes to gambling Winstar will be a thing of the past

Update not working
I keep doing the same thing over and over again, and it does not update. It keeps taking me back to the same window.
Won’t Update
Every time I go to the app, it prompts me to update which I avidly try to do but it kicks me out every time.
