Penn Cash & Free Play

It would be nice if they gave anywhere Penn Cash to use when traveling at other locations outside of your home casino but it’s very rare and most offers must be downloaded only at home casino. Also using online in their casino app should also be an option if we can’t make it to the physical casino.
