My friend and some family come here often. It is so sad that the “Wins” are little. You have the ability to see how much people lose. The experience is not Fun when sad people all around are complaining about how they lost their money in literally minutes. The bathrooms are disgusting and the ATM machines are “Out of Order”. The ice machines are also Out of Order. The customers pay crazy prices for drinks, cannot get a “Comp” hotel stay. This used to be a fun place to come with good music, helpful employees and clean and working accommodations. Now it is not. I’m disgusted at the amount of money I have lost. I realize it is called gambling for a reason. I also believe that too many people leave this facility without the experience they came here for.

PENN Play is not a good app. The app is always malfunctioning and having problems when you’re trying to deposit money from your wallet to play I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There is nothing smart about using this app. My wife who goes 1/4th the amount of times I do and spends about 1/10th of what I was spending had pretty much the same exact rewards. So I asked for an increase and was told they don’t handle it. Seems to me this car and app just monitors your play and controls outcomes.

Casino/Penn Play Disconnect
Not sure who’s to blame, but almost everytime a casino website says to go to Penn Play to get this free thing or to do this or that…it can never be found. Extremely frustrating!

Horrible odds to win and the food isn’t any better. Charging strip prices for below par quality. Skip it.
