Where did my points go?
On January 1st, 2026, I lost my earned points status, not used points, points that allowed me to be eligible for offers in the casino, like slot credits, meal credits, ability to earn points to redeem same day offers, and the like. My efforts to get an explanation get the usual runaround. I’ve been a loyal Hollywood Casino card carrying member for over 10 years, playing in Toledo, OH, Austintown, OH, and Morgantown, PA.

Hotel/Casino
Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom perfect. Entire staff is very courteous and engaging. Got a rack of ribs from Cattleman’s and they were great. Flavorful and fall off the bone. This is my third stay here and once again great all the way around.

I’ve been on our Beautiful Coast for 15 years..I’ve been to every Casino, Boomtown is My Favorite, Loose Slots, Staff is So Friendly and The Buffet is Spectacular, Something For Everyone!!! I’m Never Leaving 👍

Don’t like it, too much hassle tk have to enter every hour, no one wants to deal with that, and it’s u clear on which drawing is active going on for that day since you scroll through everything and see which ones you have to activate too. It’s a pain! Please change it
Poor Complimentary Room Availability
Pay money rooms are available for my date, but not my complimentary offer I received through the mail. Not even a discount was offered. Full price of over $200 a night for a family that brings in over 30 years of experience to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. IP Casino, Scarlet Pearl, Beau Rivage, and Golden Nugget casinos like my money my wife and I spend. I’ll drive a few more miles to Biloxi with my money. Hollywood Gulf Coast loses again. Poor perks offer.

Digital check in doesnt work
Digital check in never worked. Hotel had Detroit casino hundreds of people in line and everyone had to stand in line despite having apps. Plus they did not start checking anyone in until after 4 when the digital key was supposed to work. Some people in line over 1 hr
