This is a fantastic app, does all that is needed. I use the app rather than the device at the the office which can be really annoying
Terrible app
brakes constantly needs many many attempts to make fiction correctly if at all. it’s buggy outdated needs an overhaul completely

No contact links, no support links
Wow, I can't believe you provide absolutely no way to let support know that a password only works on web pages. The app is unusable. Even your web pages have no support links. I can't believe you wouldn't want to know if your system was broken. THE APP IS UNUSABLE congratulations
Unrefined and not Apple friendly
I have an IPhone and I have had lots of issues just getting a usable screen and general functionality of log on/off process. Constantly closing down and restarting app to log on or off which still doesn’t always work, thus has lead to problems getting paid down the line and having to prove I was present on site. There are numerous other clunky functions that add to the frustration of using this App. Not a fan at all

Great product
Reliable and easy to use. I’ve had no issues with it and I’ve been using it for a year now. Their support/customer service is fantastic as well. Highly recommend!
NEVER WORKS
Absolutely terrible app, never works, work puts in time and effort to make the system work for us but it never seems to work, having to result in other ways to log time, waste of time DO NOT USE

Will only let me log into my profile on the website version.
Clunky
Great when it actually works. Annoying that I have to delete and reinstall app every 2 weeks due to it freezing on the staging page, just after logging in.

The iPhone app is quick and easy to access for clocking in/out. Requesting leave is also straight-forward. I like being able to see my leave calendar as well as the leave calendars of other team members. I can see who's taking leave and when, so no more leave request date conflicts.
Super helpful
Super easy, for someone that struggles with computers. Easy to prove my times to my boss.
