App is not very user friendly

As I said, this is not very user friendly. Every time I want to get in the app and send a quick note, I can't get in. I have tried for almost an hour this morning and can't see how to create a quick letter. My initial letter took several days to get in. But I am going to keep trying. Good morning Amani.

Terrible app

Cannot log in to the account after trying for an hour. It always takes me back to the login screen. I suppose I just sponsor a kid that I can never follow or write to.

World vision

Great app works as it should and not sure what others are saying but most likely have an old device that’s not compatible with the app. If you live in the Stone Age then your the problem not the app.

The app is terrible

Compassion International's app blows this one out of the water. World Vision makes it nearly impossible to read letters from your child using this app. Ya can't read the tiny screenshot of the paper letter, you can't zoom in or turn it landscape to make the words larger. The app's main use is to write and receive letters... and you can't read really only use it to write. This app needs so much improvement that it's almost a waste.

Hi cdm346! If you’re looking to write a letter to your sponsored child, you can do so by selecting “Connect” at the bottom of the app screen. If you’re having difficulties locating this option, please give our team a call at 888.511.6548, as they would be happy to walk you through the process.

Keep getting emails to use an app with repeated reviews saying it doesn’t work

Keep getting emails to use an app with repeated reviews saying it doesn’t work. Stop sending emails and put effort into getting app to work. Please don’t reply to this suggesting I contact app support. Put your efforts into making app work WITHOUT having to contact app support.

Will continue to support organization but will not be using app.

Previously sponsored child

Hi, I would like to be able to see my previously sponsored child as well as the current one. I know I can see it on the website, but it would be nice to be able to access it through the app as well.

Not working at all

Is someone going to fix the app so that it works? I received the ‘special message’ from my sponsored child and tried to use the QR code. It took me to the app which has a heading that it is not working. No change in last 2days.

Glitch in site!

I’ve been trying to return my own worksheet to my sponsor child but the website isn’t responding. The screen freezes up or starts jumping rapidly!

I’m seeing reviews about app issues going all the way back to Sept with responses from World vision “thanks for bringing it to our attention “ and here we are at the end of Nov and still app problems. Praying this bug can get fixed
