Terrible
Terrible app, I signed up and the only way I can register for classes is by phone or through this app. Haven’t been able to get the app to work and contacted tech support multiple times with no answer. Will be cancelling my membership.

Can somebody help me change from one YMCA to another. I can’t get past the drop down menu for selecting my y….only one option and it’s not the one I have a membership for…looking for support with the app designer just leads to pages describing how wonderful they are
Minimal app description
Since there are so many YMCA apps available to download, it would be good for the developer to list the communities this particular app serves, as there is no description in either the title or app description box of which YMCAs' this app is providing services to.
Error prone
Trying to book times but it constantly says I have no active membership despite the fact that I do and am logged into the correct account. Frustrating app.
Fire App Developer
Your developer is incompetent and you need a new one for this app! Just about anyone could take this project on and have a more usable app as a result. Pitiful and frustrating to use. There are more errors and issues with this app. The front desk staff at my YMCA even call the app a “nightmare”. Do everyone a favour and fire the developer.
