It’s impossible to log-in using a YMCA existing account. It doesn’t actually let one continue as a guest. At one point it required the bar code number from my YMCA membership card, which did not work. Then it suggested I enter another number from some profile which I don’t have. Major FAIL on the part of the YMCA for members who pay a very high price for an incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, opaque and unusable app.

Not able to log in, whether member or guest.
I can enter my data, but none of the buttons on the login screen work; not even the “login as guest” button.

I downloaded the app and although my personal info/membership info is correct it only gives me one option for my closest location, which happens to be a 45mins drive from my house. After having spent 20 mins looking I still can’t find any option to change the location.
