There’s nothing streamlined about using the app to order. It feels like they made the app years ago and haven’t done a damn thing to it since.

Do Not Use this App

In addition to the very precarious performance and clunky features, I was charged for an order that never made it to the store. Beyond this, there are too many manual entry features for payment and store location. Difficult to trust them to treat our credit card information securely. Avoid.

Clunky path to toggle from pickup or delivery option. Have too many manual entry features for payment and store location. Invest in competent digital product development because I guarantee you lose customers while they order from your app
