Just can’t understand why you cannot book wash and detail on the app. What is the point of it?

Very disappointing experience. The app didn’t work as expected and had too many bugs. Needs major improvements.

Wallet is useless

Can’t use the wallet for single washes and adding a subscription charges your credit card again. I can’t for the life of me figure out what the wallet is for, how to get my money back, and how to remove my credit card info.
