Newmarket store is terribly slow …will be ordering PICO from now on this is ridiculous
Incredibly slow app
There’s nothing streamlined about using the app to order. It feels like they made the app years ago and haven’t done a damn thing to it since.
Do Not Use this App
In addition to the very precarious performance and clunky features, I was charged for an order that never made it to the store. Beyond this, there are too many manual entry features for payment and store location. Difficult to trust them to treat our credit card information securely. Avoid.

Clunky path to toggle from pickup or delivery option. Have too many manual entry features for payment and store location. Invest in competent digital product development because I guarantee you lose customers while they order from your app
Serious speed issues
If this app was 10 times faster and worked like a normal ordering app I would have ordered all my pizza’s from Pizzaiolo.
Avoid
I’ve ordered from their website many times without issue. This time I couldn’t so I got the app. I tried customizing my Pizza but when I got to the check out the customizations were gone. Tried several times without success. Ended up calling to order. They really need better app/website developers who actually test before and after releasing.

App performance is bad
The app has a clean design and is generally easy to use, but performance is a major issue. It’s slow to respond, especially when adding custom ingredients or switching between delivery and pickup. Usability is decent, but it would be great to see more deals available for pickup orders.
Barely functional
Has gone from occasionally working to basically not working even for basic functionality. How hard is it to make a pizza ordering app?

It might work if you order the pre-determined pizza offering, but customizing doesn’t work at all. We didn’t get what we ordered.

Great pizza, terrible app
The app lets you get all the way to the end, you customize your pizza, enter payment details and address, select your driver tip, and then as you go to click submit order, the app crashes. Over and over.
Notification spamming
Within 3 minutes I received 30+ notifications from this app telling me to buy pizza for the big game. It completely drained my phone battery

online payment doesnt work- double charged me
ordered 1 pizza, tried paying by credit card online, said it didnt work and to try again. 2nd time it worked, said i'd get email. checked my email... 2 orders went through and charged for both. app says call store if problem. store cancelled 2nd order but said have to call head office for refund. head office phone number not in app- only an email form to send compliments (???). now wsiiing for store owner to call me back with head office number- have to wait because "its dinner rush"... am deleting this app, will phone in order if order from here again

Not allowed to give 0 stars
App doesn’t work. Fails at payment screen. Waste of time; had to redo the order on a proper computer. Sure hope my credit card isn’t compromised because of this.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app and tried to place an order but it never allows it to be processed. Doesn’t give a reason - just won’t process it because of “errors”. The same order can be placed on the website no issue. The app is useless.
Super buggy and can’t complete order
So frustrating… kept overriding my topping selections. Took ages to build the basket… and when I was finally finished it wouldn’t let me complete the purchase. This app is garbage. Take it down till you fix the bugs.

Literally wouldn’t let me pickup my pizza lol don’t know what else to tell you. It’s an incompetent app that a child could likely fix
Can’t order pickup
Says my order won’t be ready for 30 min (which is fine) and then you’re stuck on that error message and cannot order

Does not my accept my address, says already used. More than 1 person can live at an address throughout history, what a concept
