Excellent teaching
As a yoga teacher and former occupational therapist, I am very impressed by Lesley’s teaching style and her descriptions of how to complete the movements safely and properly. On a yogic level, she leads us to understand that the pose is only part of our journey, to follow the breath and to appreciate every moment. She is a gentle soul with a strong spirit.

Yoga is with me everywhere I go
I was doing the YouTube videos with Leslie for many months before I decided to get my yoga pal. It is truly great not to have the commercials! They app keep track of your progress. You can search for classes depending on whatever you want to work on and how much TIME you have! which in my case has been very important for my compliance since there are classes as short as 10 min.

Great app with great skill progression
Lesley Fightmaster was recommended to me by my favorite in-person yoga teacher because of her gentle style and clear instructions. She encourages you to challenge yourself, but also to be aware of when your body may not want to move in a certain way, either. The 90-day programs get progressively difficult, starting with one for beginners. As you move through the poses, she gives reminders that help do them properly. It’s as if she knows what I’m doing and gives me the adjustment accordingly. The programs are thoughtfully laid out and each session ends with an inspirational quote and a beautiful reminder to send love out in the world. I can’t recommend this app enough!!!

I’ve been following the Fightmaster yoga videos for 7 years and they have changed my life. If you want anything from a simple relaxing meditation/yoga right up to a high intensity workout, this App is for you. There are also many structured programs that move you day by day though your yoga journey, from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend.
