I gotta right down my email a few times, those passwords never work!!!!!! Everything is so, so complicated!

Simply tragic
This application lacks basic background and coding. It’s cheaply made, and it regularly bugs.

Not sure what’s wrong. I’ve been paying with this app for the past year. Now it request a pin be sent to my phone. I put in my US phone number. I get the six digit pin. I enter the pin and then it says declined. Why??!! Does it online website too. There’s no other way to pay the this bill. And I’m not flying all the way out to Greece to pay it.

Προσπαθώ να συμπληρώσω τις ερωτήσεις για ποιο σύστημα θέρμανσης χρησιμοποιώ, συμπληρώνω τα στοιχεία στα ανάλογα πεδία,με ξαναγυρίζει για να ξανασυμπληρωσω. Και κάπως έτσι μπαίνουμε σε αέναο κύκλο…

Cannot do anything other than pay the bill - can’t see bills. Useless and difficult to navigate
Payment issues
Make a payment, confirm with bank but payment still outstanding on the app. Please make Apple pay available.

It is very difficult to pull up your previous bills from the website. There should be a simple way to do this.

Makes no sense on where to click, some areas refer to screens that don’t exist, can’t go back on some screens. Just an overall awful design and unreliable app.

Site is not easy to navigate. Trying to pay the bill and cannot find the payment option.

The registration process is very difficult and totally over the top just so you can register to receive and pay for your electricity account.
