Latest update is HORRIBLE
On behalf of my coworkers this latest update does not work for what we do as the update they added seems designed specifically for long haul trucking and punishes short haul truckers like myself and coworkers. Our logs the past few days have been filled with dead zones of off duty which is a problem for us mostly because our employer pays us off how many hours of service we have left. I have been bombarded with service violations/warnings and my eld disconnecting saying I need to start a new eld session halfway through my day. My company hauls fuel and we service gas stations. The update expects us to be connected with the app open from the start of our day to the end instead of how it used to be where it could run in the background. This just isn’t possible for us because we’re constantly getting out of the truck, turning the truck off, walking away from it, and doing paperwork on different apps. I really don’t understand why they changed this

Needs help seriously
Was 9 star elog before this latest update. Now it’s a one star at best. 3 star rating is because of past performance not present.

The new update sucks ! Should have left alone no problem last to years of using now can’t even figure it out ! Don’t mess with it if not broken !
Customer service trash
Doesn’t matter what time I call the “24/7” support line I am unable to get ahold of anyone. Communication with this company is a nightmare. You get what you pay for.
