Customer service trash

Doesn’t matter what time I call the “24/7” support line I am unable to get ahold of anyone. Communication with this company is a nightmare. You get what you pay for.

Customer support doesn’t pick up the phone

I have called for the last 5 hours and left several voicemails. It seams like once this company gets your subscription fees you lose every bit of their attention and have to navigate a glitched app with several bugs. Hundreds of dollars for a company who can’t even pick up the phone…. I’m definitely looking elsewhere for my next ELD

Told me my #wrong

I put all my info in and then I hit enter it says invalid phones number so I tried to fix it. Multiple time I think I know what my phone number is I know cell phone have made us all stupid and not remember phone number and not spell anymore

ELD review

I have been using the My20 ( Konexiel) for 2.5 yrs. Of all the electronics I use on a day to day basis, My20 has been the best. The units, I have 2, work well and when they don’t, I get prompt service from the folks at My20. The technician Chris is the best tech guy I’ve ever dealt with. He diagnosed and fixed my issues once, while I was 2000 miles from home. Good company excellent service!

Zero stars!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is by far the worst ELD app on the market: each update it has more bugs than the last update. If you like broken apps that never work correctly not properly save your status. Then this is the app for you. You will find yourself constantly modifying your driving records and logs

Not user friendly

I was a fan off the old version of this app. The newest update has too many steps and is not user friendly. All of the walk through steps on the web site are for the old version of the app, and no help with the current version.

To many steps

Way to many steps, the old version was much more user friendly.
Come on tech’s!! Simple is better! Go back to the old version, it was easy to understand and you could access every thing needed with one simple click. Or AT LEAST make it customizable for the user.

New Version Doesn’t Work

I hate the new version of this app. It’s over complicated and not at all intuitive. I’m currently keeping a manual log because I don’t have time to fool with this. I need to keep moving.

Great ELD!!

A little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s great! In my opinion, the best ELD I’ve ever used so far!

Trash!

The absolute worst app I have ever seen for electronic logging. I have absolutely no idea how it can get a 4.5 stars. They probably paid for fake reviews if you have the font to large you can’t see everything. Modify anything. Good luck with that! How the DOT allows this app is beyond me! Trucker path cheesy electronic logging app is better than this garbage! Or use garmin fleet it works with out any problem and isn’t connected to your stupid phone. This app also drains the battery at 60% in 3hrs and heats the phone up. So do yourself a favor and look for a better way of electronic logging. Because this app is not it.

Best there is

This is by far the best app for HOS and ELD management. Not even a close second. I love that the product is constantly improviing and getting simpler to use.

Best ELD for Ag Exempt trucks

The only thing I’d like differently is to have some sort of odometer log, ie midnight date change mileage and maybe when and where your truck stops for an extended period of time….
