Can’t even make an account
When I attempted to sign up, I typed all my info, clicked agree, and tapped the button to create account. Nothing happened.
There’s no button to contact customer service, so the app is useless.

Suggestion
I rated it a 4 out of 5 due to some little things that could change the app in a good way
It would be a lot easier if we can click links that we send to the anonymous user we are talking to, I send a lot of links to give advice and suggestions. The links will lead them to more information that they’ll need, the available to click the link will be a lot easier than coping the link exiting the app opening the browser coping the link looking at it and then go back to the app. This would be a huge improvement
