Appalling app
When you buy a 5g hub it tells you to download this app to configure and find the best signal spot etc, the qr code takes you to a different thee app while the instructions tell you to download this one. This apps ui is nightmarishly clunky and confusing, still haven’t figured out how to access the signal test.
I’m not surprised to be honest, the router arriving incorrectly configured should have been the first omen for what was to come, very poor experience just like most things three dabbles in.

This isn’t useful at all
This has to be the worst app ever made. It’s such a pain to actually find your account details. All the tabs are things that three is trying to sell. Fire the person that made this concept. Zero stars.
It doesn't work
This version doesn't work. I re-install my3 app，cannot use it any more.

Not sure how this made it passed any checks
Unable to log in, unable to create account, different languages, multiple ads. All I want to do is update my payment method and I was told to do it through this useless app. Waste of time
