Poor Performance
The app is wonderful when it works but unfortunately, more often than not lately, it doesn’t work as it should! Portfolios don’t update. Multiple requests for help falls on deaf ears! Can’t believe that Standard Bank can be happy to have an app without name attached to it that doesn’t work properly!

Accounts no longer appear on the app
Some accounts no longer appear on the app. Why?
Does not link to my Alexander Forbes portfolio
Tried many times. Won’t allow me to add Alexander Forbes link to my portfolio
Linking Accounts
I have to relink my Sygnia and 10X accounts every time I log back in. Irksome.
Bugs!
Can’t register as it’s stuck in an endless loop of entering a password even though it indicates that the chosen password meets the security settings. No way beyond this point!

Concept good, reality bad
Such a good idea. Except that I cannot link certain institution accounts (PPS, Momentum) and the ones I can link (Alexander Forbes, ETFSA, Nedbank) link initially, but thereafter do not update or update sporadically - sometimes weeks between updates. No way to force an update.

It is a very helpful App. It gives a good glance of your financials. This include forecasts, current liabilities breakdowns and assets to assit in self discipline and allocation of the liquid resources.

Great to see total financial portfolio in one place, however it needs to allow the user to add and make changes to the types of assets etc and yo add asset allocation
It must also become more intelligent to show retirement ( pre retirement ) investments and other investments plus the post retirement invome options Living annuities etc) yo be really useful

Cant link any account. Wrote emails to support and personal banker, no assistance!
Asset Allocation
Asset allocation not broken up into categories. No instruction on what to do
No option to delete your profile
There’s an option to sign out, but no options provided to delete your profile.
Very poor.
It does not work properly. Doesn’t update balances from Discovery bank. Doesn’t even get correct balances from Standard Bank’s own GetShyft app if you have a share portfolio.

Kindly provide ability to extend duration of historic performance beyond 6 months
OTP Help contact details missing
I’m battling to access the app as the OTP has not come through after 3 requests. I tried to use the Help link and contact information or number is missing, which is irritating!
