Poor Performance
The app is wonderful when it works but unfortunately, more often than not lately, it doesn’t work as it should! Portfolios don’t update. Multiple requests for help falls on deaf ears! Can’t believe that Standard Bank can be happy to have an app without name attached to it that doesn’t work properly!

Some accounts no longer appear on the app. Why?
Does not link to my Alexander Forbes portfolio
Tried many times. Won’t allow me to add Alexander Forbes link to my portfolio
Linking Accounts
I have to relink my Sygnia and 10X accounts every time I log back in. Irksome.
Bugs!
Can’t register as it’s stuck in an endless loop of entering a password even though it indicates that the chosen password meets the security settings. No way beyond this point!
