I lost my card overseas with my fone ,I wrote on social media tagged both my bank FNB and Standard bank.Only one that reach out and requested a video call with ID or passport and manage to transfer everything on my new fone.FNB never even bother til today

I wish Standard Bank would show you that you have messages whilst logged in to the app.
Every time you log out, the App icon shows you have new messages. You have to log back in to read them.

Your Internet and mobile banking are not intuitive. Your email requests for assistance are sent from one person to the next bouncing me around as If a hot ball to get rid of instead of assisting me. Your WhatsApp call function is very helpful and this is the only way I get assisted.
