Otp using old email
So frustrating - after year and years trying to get email changed, system still sends OTP to old email adress

I was charged a random amounting to around 6000 Rands for a standard foreign currency transaction through the app. More than a year later, I am still waiting for an explanation from Std Bank. I would not have believed this were possible had it not happened to me.

I was told to download this app for convenience but it doesn’t allow me to add my card because I’m not South African but Ghanaian
