I hate that I can’t log in using my Face ID. I have to go log into the website and get an OTP on my phone every time I want to open it.

Struggle to read content on app

The landing page of app is confusing. As a lay person the info you looking for is not easily found. The letters are also so small. Is the a place the letter size can be increased?

Cannot log in. App keeps stating that it cannot verify my credentials. I have successfully confirmed my login name and have changed my password many times. I still cannot log in.

I’ve downloaded the app the iPhone, since the old Samsung is not functional. The app refuses to launch on the iPhone, and works on the old Samsung.
