Best educational app but needs some fixes like the attendance issue
Someone should look after attendance my attendance(two year classroom) is 100% but still not showing full attendance
Always lagging, always showing errors complete rubbish
Aakash claims to make future engineers and doctors but cant hire good engineers for their own applications. Never seen an app with so many errors, it’s literally impossible to navigate this app without running into a error/ please try again message. I haven’t been able yo access the NEET challenger for the past two days and my exam is in 20 days. Really goes to show what kind of company this is and what their priorities are.

Mr Sanjay Singh does not have the authority to either initiate the payment link or give a temporary class link.
Sanjay’s manager has personal works so not bothered about kids future and he/she left office during working hours
You are only available till you sell the package after that you don’t care whether kid misses the class or not .
What is the problem Akash institute? Are you not finding suitable resources to run your organisation you have such lazy people .

App working is like hell. Sometimes showing not able to fetch data. Sometimes not showing timetable. Not showing test scores most of the time it shows request timed out. Just downloaded a min ago and it is asking for update what the hell

Unable to Access as an app in MacOS
The app is not working as an app in MacOS. However, it is working in web browser. Kindly rectify the problem for MacOS app. I think the image loaded needs to be resize when opening on macOS app then there we can enter our login credentials. Regards
Dark Mode in the app
The app is 10/10 but i highly recommend to add dark mode in the app as using app for longer period of time strains my eyes and i am not able to use it for longer durations even in night it will help me to study fir longer periods

Error on ios 15 for past test’s analysis
This app throws error when analysis button is clicked on past tests. Just happens on my device which is on ios 15. On recent devices which have latest is this error doesn’t occur.

Worst institute
Joining Aakash Institute was one of the biggest mistakes of my academic journey. The quality of teaching was shockingly poor — most faculty members just rush through chapters, give canned notes, and hardly bother to clear doubts properly. If you're not among the top-performing students, you're practically invisible.
There is zero personal attention. Despite their marketing claims, they do not cater to the individual needs of students. The batch sizes are large, and no one tracks your progress unless you're already doing well. It's a factory-like system focused only on results for their own branding.
What’s worse is the mental pressure students are put under. There’s a toxic atmosphere of unhealthy competition, and absolutely no psychological support. No one talks about the stress students go through — you’re expected to just deal with it.
Overall, Aakash is more about money and marketing than genuine education. They thrive on fear, not support. I would strongly advise students and parents to explore better, more student-friendly alternatives.

Make a Version for iPadOS system.
I am currently in 12th and I use my iPad for the exams that are conducted online at the branch. The problem is that your App version is only made for iOS system and when I use this App, it doesn’t fit the screen entirely and causes problems for viewing questions due to which I have to always open it on a browser, which is just frustrating. So it’s a request, please make a version of this App that supports the iPadOS system.

Issue with screen rotation
The one thing I really hate about this app is that you can’t rotate your screen. I have to read ebook, or attempt questions from ecaps and jee challenger with portrait orientation. So I have to strain my eyes to read the questions since the letters appear small in portrait orientation. Kindly do something about this
Also, it would be very nice if we could access the jee challenger questions through the web / laptop, since it isn’t possible at the moment; a screen appears telling us to download the my aakash app in our mobike phone in order to access it

“The app has been incredibly helpful in the past, but following the recent update, I have encountered several issues that affect its usability. I am now limited to asking one question at a time and must wait for it to be resolved before submitting another. This significantly slows down the learning process, as the response speed was much faster before the update. Additionally, the ‘NEET Challenger’ feature is no longer functioning as expected. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to restore the app’s efficiency.”
