Very poor
The app rarely works. If you reset your password they send you a temporary password which doesn't work. They do not respond to emails. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't help.
Even when it is working there's really nothing worth using it for beyond reporting repairs or checking your rent balance.
If you use it to report repairs you cannot see any of the information that you've submitted, only the log made by ForHousing which doesn't fit on the screen so you cannot see all the information. There is duplicates of jobs and it's very confusing.
Most of the links in the app just launch webpages externally.
It's embarrassing how little ForHousing cares about providing decent services to tenants, this is across the service and not just limited to the app.

Rubbish
Since I got a replacement Visa card it doesn’t recognise my details and won’t let me reset password either I’ve got to pay rent through phone line it’s like going back in time no good .

It’s been maybe a year of this app being absolutely useless, I’m stuck with no heating

Already been on to someone about this. Had to completely reinstall. Here I am again, a month down the line and having to do it again.
It keeps crashing!
The app seems to not have worked for more than a month now. It is a great app to have a look at your housing details and regarding your rent details but I haven’t been able to access current balance and transactions. This issue needs to resolved otherwise great little app.
Not working
App no longer works. Not letting you view your rent transactions or balance. Also reported repairs which have not been logged
Works Well But!
Quick Access to housing but constantly getting Notifications open the App to find nothing had to turn notifications off.
Super convenient!!
This app makes my every day tenancy tasks that much easier. I can make a rent payment or report a repair without having to ring up! Very handy.
