Nothing seems to work
I am trying to find information about prescription coverage. I am getting on the web page, I receive a message on my phone giving my an access code for some reason but nothing works.

Not new user friendly
My husband needs an account, but there are no instructions to ‘invite’ him.
Keyboard and text boxes
Using app, when I go to type in text box it shifts the screen so I can’t see previous messages or conversation. And then if I come back to conversation it has prefilled text in box, then when I go to delete, it shifts the screen again for the keyboard, which moves the conversation out of my view.
I cannot provide feedback either within the app, as the same thing happens. I can’t get rid of the keyboard to be able to view the remainder of the screen to press the submit button.

Very helpful info
I use it to check my deductible status most often. But knowing I can chat with an expert is useful.
