Terrible
App doesn’t work on new IOS. Can no longer access the website via app or browser. No outage viewer either on web. Just shows as Site Down! Been like this for weeks Unfortunately I’m not surprised at this. Been a customer of theirs for a long time.
Works for what I need it for
I only use it for the outage map & reporting which it works great for. Wish we didn’t have so many outages, but that’s not a problem with the app.
Does not work
App needs to be updated to work with latest IOS updates. Currently this app will not open. Please fix it.

This is 2024. Why are we not able to see our usage details? This app is way beyond the times.
No longer works right
I used this app for a little over a year and it was great. Then about 3 months ago it would send an outage report for my account everyone I logged in. I notified AEMC but doesn’t look like it is fixed yet. Loaded it yesterday and the service department called to check on my outage. I tried to explain that the app did it but don’t think they believed me. Deleted it again and will check back in a few months to see if it is working right.
