Please fix the app
I’m about to cancel my insurance because the website never works and the app never works. Worst insurance ever, can never get help or even file your claims.
🤔 What’s the purpose of an App?
Why do I have to continuously log back in?!?! Why is this App logging me out every couple of weeks?? It’s an App…it’s not a desktop site. There’s absolutely no reason for this to be happening…it’s obnoxious enough to make me want to cancel my policies.
The app won’t let me sign in
The app won’t let me sign in. I can sign in on the browser, but even after deleting the app, clearing all the data, and redownloading the app, I am still unable to log in.
WORST “insurance” EVER!!!
I had a dentist visit and Aflac only paid a small amount and now that i’m trying to cancel it won’t let me call them or take my card off. Don’t waste ur money on Aflac.

Easy to file claims!
Updated needed.
App is easy to navigate, but would be hopeful if more information is needed that it would specify. App hasn’t been updated in over a year..app is in desperate need of an update and overhaul.
Claim forms
Forms are not available on the site - waiting for mailed copy as resting up at I’m home.
Terrible Trash
All the five star reviews are bots. You cant find anything on this app it doesn’t show dental but its really easy to find out how to change your name and your gender. This app is for a certain group of people.

I am able to login to my aflac on the website but sometimes. i tried using the app and you cant log on at all i thought it would be more convenient to just open the app with no issues but i was wrong.
Terrible App
Needs a lot of work! It takes almost an half an hour to even have any section load on the app. Only thing that’s consistent is the cybersecurity issue messages they send through the app only! I just want to check on the 6 policies I have but I guess that’s not important to Aflac
Horrible app
Awful app, have had nothing but issues with this app since I got it in July ‘25 and you still haven’t fixed it as of February ‘26. Time to update the bugs for your customers who pay for your insurance monthly!
Stay away! The app and website are terrible
This is a terrible app, and the website is worse. I was on the phone with an employee, and they even said you can't believe what's on the website. Everything is out of date for me. Says I've been a member since 2024. Which I have not. The virtual chatbot says to go somewhere, and that option doesn't exist. Claims don't get updated, and you get no emails. You have to call them to get any updates. You also can't view your policy. You have to call and request a paper copy. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't gotten it. There's also no automatic claim. I've had other supplemental insurance, like Aetna, and they automatically file a claim.

Filing claim
It’s extremely difficult to understand what documents are needed to file a claim and seems to be impossible to reach your assigned agent I’ve uploaded all my medical documents and have been trying to speak to my agent for 2 weeks now all I get is either a brief text saying I’ll be contacted before the end of the day which never happens or a text telling me to fill out more paperwork for information that I already submitted and then to to top it all off when they have no more stalling tactics the pass me off to someone else who’s claiming to be assisting my agent and starts off by emailing me paperwork that not only has the previous person already gave me but once again I’ve already submitted all the information that’s be asked on theses forms

Waste
As a waste of time, waste of money, waste of effort just a complete waste there is no point of having the app all claims get denied and you cannot even see your documents at all.

Fix
Never works!
It’ll let me out my user and pass in but it ALWAYS says something is wrong on their end. This has been a consistent thing for the last 6-8 months, since I’ve had the policy.
Poor app & service
I can’t login to the app. It just says “we’re aware of the problem, try again later, don’t contact us about this.” Aflac also repeatedly denies claims without justification.
App doesn’t work
App have never worked for me, it’s always down.
Non functional
This app has worked once in six months.
