User reviews

Built by developers, not crew. Highly unreliable.

As a crew member, 99% of my interaction with this software is through this app, and the user experience is incredibly clunky. It is entirely obvious that the people who design the UI do not actually use it in the field.

UI & Navigation Failures:
Calendar: Basic swiping functionality doesn't work. You are forced to tap tiny arrows in the top corner to navigate months. Worse, there is no "Today" button, so if you look a few months ahead, you have to tap manually all the way back.
Flights Tab: Crew members do not think in long, endless lists; we think in calendars. Everything on the flights tab should be nestled into a daily view, not a massive list.

Broken Features & Syncing:

Calendar Sync: Completely useless. Every single time the app opens, it re-syncs all changes. This results in literally tens of thousands of duplicate calendar notifications hitting my device per day.

Notifications: Push notifications are all-or-nothing. There is zero granularity to select which operational alerts you actually need to see.

Critical Sync & Data Safety Issues:
The app will quietly stop working without throwing an error. You log in, everything looks fine on your end, but the dispatch webpage shows a completely different schedule. When this happens, you can't trust what you're looking at. The developers' workaround was to "force log out instead of uninstalling," but the app frequently glitches and won't even let you log out, even after multiple attempts.

When an interface is this poorly maintained, it destroys trust in the entire ecosystem. If the frontend is this broken, how can we trust the backend? We have already experienced critical backend errors like the system accidentally reverting passport data.

This app needs a major overhaul by product managers who actually understand crew workflows and basic mobile design standards.

Technically functional most of the time

The app does give you a look at the flight schedule. However the programming and thought process behind development is very disappointing. Simple items like a “today” button on the calendar aren’t there. Why? Other common sense items are missing and never added despite feedback requesting them. Our users frequently have issues logging in or getting data to sync. Feels like a beta stage app not ready for prime time use.

Too many bugs

The product is not updating. I’ve needed to remove and reinstall the product repeatedly in order to get my schedule to sync. The product simply stops talking to dispatch and I have no idea that I’ve missed communication.

Junk

Modest productivity at best. Overall completely disappointed with the clunky functionality.

Very glitchy

This app is almost unusable.
