Not particularly intuitive
Easy to upload photos, and if you are not worried about adding text or other changes, it is fine. There is reference to an old editor, which appears to allow you to do more than what I assume is the new editor, though I assume that shouldn’t be the case.
It keeps crashing
Would’ve been a great app but while uploading pictures, especially more than 17 pictures at a time, it keeps crashing
Was a great app but some of my albums deleted themselves
I can’t recover like 10 of my albums idk if this is a glitch but yall better look into this because im very angry i lost around 10 of my private albums, very infuriating, considering deleting this app for good

Sieht schick aus, aber Reihenfolge und Layout später zu bearbeiten funktioniert auf keinem Gerät gut. Echt fummeliget Sch… . Und langsam.
Photo upload
Wanted to select photos and could only chose one album, then that album wasn’t visible and I could not upload any more pictures.

In the april 9 update selecting folders was reintroduced in the app, you should now be able to select them again!
Excellent software
Great gallery of your videos and photos. If you have a slow connection you need to be patient though. My advice to those who put negative reviews: if you don’t know how to use computers don’t send reviews.

Ich habe die App Mitte des Jahres geladen und fand sie wirklich gut. Jetzt gibt es seit kurzer Zeit ein Update und nichts funktioniert mehr!
In der App kann man die Bilder nicht mehr bearbeiten, nur noch Bilder hinzufügen oder löschen. Ich möchte aber wie es vorher auch Problemlos möglich war die Reihenfolge ändern oder manchmal die Größe. Das geht leider nicht mehr. Auch in Browser spielt dann leider alles verrückt.

So close to be perfect
This product as a whole is amazing. Nothing else really does what MyAlbum does, especially when you consider the video features as well. It’s brilliant.
BUT... this app behaves very weirdly, in that it does not display the same formatting as the web page. As a result, the formatting (which you’ve spent ages sorting out) completely goes out the window on the iPad, which I think is how a lot of people will view and share their albums. You end up with titles in the wrong place, and photos that were small and insignificant suddenly take up the entire iPad screen. Very very annoying, and I hope it is fixed soon. My albums are completely unviewable in the app.
It’s not even a matter of formatting because the very same album viewed on the same iPad’s web browser displays correctly (but annoyingly doesn’t auto play the videos).

Just freezes on download
Have tried everything to download this on iPhone and iPad. Rebooted everything, deleted and tried again. Just freezes - big disappointment. Get it right guys and let us know when it works. Great on the web.
App fails to load
iPhone app fails to load and on my iPad Pro the keyboard fails to launch so cannot log in. Promising but frustrating.
