Glitchy App
Hi, I don’t normally write negative reviews but I want to say that the cruise itself has been a good and well managed experience. However, this is a review of the app itself. When inputting my birth date into the app for validation alongside the booking number it will show the error “Please enter the correct birthday” even if it is undeniably the correct birth date.
Me and my family and friends are having a large reunion on the cruise and most of them had this exact error as well, around 7 out of 10 people. We also heard some other passengers experiencing this error. Me and many others would like to use this app, but unfortunately it seems to be a block that has made it difficult for many passengers. I’m mainly writing this review in hopes the developers will update it and it will hopefully be fixed in the future. I have an IPhone 17, and this appears to be an issue with others who have iPhones as well but it could also be effecting Android although I’m not sure, Thank you for your time and an overall pleasant experience on the cruise.

Enjoyment on steroids
Never had been on a cruise. It is a very pleasant experience to cruise with AMA, the crew is very accommodating and gracious, the ship is very comfortable although we did have to get used to how small rooms are.
This is not a put down to AMA in particular, just a general observation of cruising on a ship that has to fit on a river. But you get used to it. The beds are very comfortable.
Plan on putting on some weight, because there is a lot of food that is available all the time.

2nd AMA cruise
I am traveling with friends who have been loyal to other cruise lines. They have loved this trip. My first AMA cruise was from Budapest to Bucharest 7 years ago. Your staff is fabulous, great food and tours. Thank you!
Details are important ….
More details are needed. It is way too general overall and I prefer it to have what we are seeing and not just going to this or that. I wanted restaurant recommendations when we were going to have a meal off ship and some places to shop.

We had an amazing time on the AmaDante-the ship, the food, the tours and most of all the staff were fabulous! Thank you so very much! We will definitely return.
Exceeded Expectations
Our journey on the AMADouro has been exactly what I was wanting. A vacation where I saw all the points of interest, unpacked once, AMA arranged all excursions, transportation to them, and when lunch was provided, the setting was beautiful and the meals delicious.
In the past, I have always planned our family vacations, but as I have gotten older, it seems to be getting more complicated and my heart just hasn’t been in it. I just want someone to take care of me and that is exactly how I felt.
This has not just been a vacation. It has been an adventure and it is due to AMA’s expertise in planning.
AMA’s staff could not have been more accommodating.
Our flight left from Philadelphia and we had spent four days there before the cruise and then did the pre-cruise so we arrived at the ship with much laundry and I sent it laundry services and in 24 hours, all my clothes were fresh and folded.
We are already trying to decide our next adventure with AMA.

What an experience it has been. I had no idea what to expect. Service is outstanding. Food is delicious. Activities are available to everyone regardless of abilities. Looking forward to my next AMA adventure.
