I missed the tokens and had to explain to every guide that I had paid all gratuities, perhaps I need a card to show guides? More time needed in Avalone and Lyon’s. Vienne was a waste as the amphitheater was closed. Svetia music was good. Overall excellent again. John

Disappointed … but not in Ama
All the bus rides, itinerary changes, delays and border checks have been a major bummer but not Ama’s fault that water levels are exceptionally low.
Cruise Manager, Bjorn, is inspiring to watch; delivering with swift response/action to passenger inquiries & needs. Everyone on board cares … excursions are dynamite … will sail with Ama again!!!

Hi, I don’t normally write negative reviews but I want to say that the cruise itself has been a good and well managed experience. However, this is a review of the app itself. When inputting my birth date into the app for validation alongside the booking number it will show the error “Please enter the correct birthday” even if it is undeniably the correct birth date.
Me and my family and friends are having a large reunion on the cruise and most of them had this exact error as well, around 7 out of 10 people. We also heard some other passengers experiencing this error. Me and many others would like to use this app, but unfortunately it seems to be a block that has made it difficult for many passengers. I’m mainly writing this review in hopes the developers will update it and it will hopefully be fixed in the future. I have an IPhone 17, and this appears to be an issue with others who have iPhones as well but it could also be effecting Android although I’m not sure, Thank you for your time and an overall pleasant experience on the cruise.

Enjoyment on steroids
Never had been on a cruise. It is a very pleasant experience to cruise with AMA, the crew is very accommodating and gracious, the ship is very comfortable although we did have to get used to how small rooms are.
This is not a put down to AMA in particular, just a general observation of cruising on a ship that has to fit on a river. But you get used to it. The beds are very comfortable.
Plan on putting on some weight, because there is a lot of food that is available all the time.

2nd AMA cruise
I am traveling with friends who have been loyal to other cruise lines. They have loved this trip. My first AMA cruise was from Budapest to Bucharest 7 years ago. Your staff is fabulous, great food and tours. Thank you!
Details are important ….
More details are needed. It is way too general overall and I prefer it to have what we are seeing and not just going to this or that. I wanted restaurant recommendations when we were going to have a meal off ship and some places to shop.
