I deeply dislike apria
This is the worst cpap supplier I have ever used. I need to talk to a person, but their automated gatekeeper won’t accept my zip on any phone pad. You cannot contact anyone for help. All I wanted to order here was filters, but I cannot get those without bundling other stuff on an autoship schedule that I don’t need and that is way overpriced. This is all a racket.

Exceptional service
Using the app was so easy and efficient. I really appreciate how accuracy of the equipment is and how accessible my supplies were to obtain.
Worked once then can’t login
The app worked once for me, but now as soon as I touch the account icon at top right the app exits. It’s been doing this for at least 2 months. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled 3 times and same result- unusable.
Needs a lot of improvement
This app must be in its Beta status because it’s horrible. It will not let me deviate from my previous order. It will not allow me to track orders either. It doesn’t show any order numbers. I hope the developers are still working on it because some day it could be quicker than calling for supplies.

App as bad as company itself
Keep saying g logged out, crashes constantly, does not see my insurance info. Will not let me update my credit card info leading to solicitation calls that I can NOT take (requirement that I am able to work electronically, which this app fails me to do). Don’t waste your time downloading. Find a better provider

Improved website. Easy to place order!
Easy to use
After setting up the account which took about 2 mins, ordering was extremely to the point no hassle.

Needs significant improvement
I suggest you fix the app to do what it’s advertised to do. I can’t see past orders, and it tells me I have no orders due, even though I keep getting reminder emails to reorder. It wouldn’t let me add anything to the cart. I was thrilled when you created this app because I was hoping it would make the reordering of supplies easier.

Poor program
All I had to do was change the group number that Medicare updated. I tried twice to get through the program because I had to “update my insurance and list all the information required. And it still wouldn’t take it.
Unbelievable
Had some time this morning. Despite the horrendous reviews I thought I would give it a shot.

Unable to login
I open the app and I get session timed out resign in. However there is no way to sign in and app crashes when you hit the upper right for account.
Does not allow one to see past purchases
This app may work well for those ordering the exact same things every time. Has never worked for me, as I have still not settled on the perfect mask for my face. I have to always call to place my order and then they tack on extra supplies you don’t need and end up with a drawer full of parts. It only shows you what the last order was and not the history of orders, so you cannot see what you’ve ordered in the past or reorder anything except for the last order.

Worthless
I “got” the app before looking at the ratings. Froze as soon as it opened. This is my personal best record for apps installed and uninstalled (less than 10 minutes)
Doesn’t do anything
App opens there’s no buttons or anything looks like the bottom maybe cut off but you can’t scroll
Useless for those on Medicare
I’m on auto ship but I can’t see any orders nor can I see any order history. I called apria and they just said they didn’t know. They didn’t even direct me to who might know.
As a developer I would be ashamed to release something that’s not even good enough to be in a beta version. This is awful. So is the website.

This isn't an app, it's just a static page. I left it up for an hour just to see if a menu finally loaded. Nope. Just the static page. No menus, no lungs, just nothing.
