Hopeless App

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review for an app until now. This app is completely unusable—no matter how many times I follow the recommended steps to resolve the issues I'm facing, I'm met with error after error. This has been going on for weeks. What's equally disappointing is how unhelpful their customer support is, both via email and phone. You’d think a company with hundreds of billions in assets would at least invest in a competent app developer and tech department.

It stopped at verify phone number, no matter how many time i try i cant go next. Stupid app

Silly outdated wonky app

App is outdated. Doesn’t work half the time. Just loads and nothing happens. Have to kill app and reload 20 times before something actually happens.

Bad functions

Always having problems withdrawing and putting in money. The notification banner never takes me to the approval page, it just disappears. Have no idea how to approve a transaction now and is so bad

Can’t invest - apps shut down

Auto shut down when you click the funds to invest , only happen to recent update.
No uat done?

Great improvements

The ap has a nice new sleek redesign. I personally do not have problems logging in. However now it is harder to find the “withdraw” button than before, maybe this should be addressed.

Not very stable

Downloaded the App and sometimes it works and most times always encountered issues with logging in.

Very volatile and often not able to login or it shows “system error”

Rubbish app

What a crap app this is. Beautiful layout but poor functionalities. Hire some proper developers and pay them well instead of juniors who knows nothing.
