Problem Signing In

I love the ease of the pay as you go option, but it seems that anytime I need to make a payment, when I try to login to the app, it says Sing In Failed. Then the next day it works fine. I use my face if and or will type my password in. It’s very sporadic.

Quit asking for paperless

It would be fine if it didn’t try to trick you into signing up for paperless billing every time you logged in. Ask me once a year or something, but if I didn’t want it last week I don’t want it this week either.
