Call Center
I wanted to express my frustration with your call center. I faced long wait times, unhelpful agents reading from irrelevant scripts, and multiple transfers without resolution. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope you can change your call center provider soon you are the only loser!

Not user friendly
This app does not have an easy user screen. It is not clear where to submit a claim or see where a claim is being worked on. I was sent a resolved conflict email with no way to find out how it has been resolved. It feels like I don’t have health care because even the demonstrator that came to our school did not do a demonstration as the majority of us could not even access the app and did not return for another demonstration. Overall it is not useful

Terrible app, doesn’t work whatever I do, non responsive customer service, the worst ever

It’s so difficult dealing with this app. You need to restart many times. Taking long time to find your data and multiple times it got failed to do that. Please fix these issues

Freezes on startup on blank screen
Since before the update and I’m experiencing the same issue! I tried deleting and installing again several times with no success. Pretty useless app when after an update it has the same major issues!!

Cannot even activate the services
Every time I tried to activate a service it gives me “data not correct” and when I tried to delete my account it also gives me error “we could not delete your account”.
A desaster
I can not recommend AXA insurance as long as they are not able to provide their customers with a properly functional app. Imagine needing medical services, and nobody will serve you in hospital because this crappy app doesn’t work!

Please fix the app first before you let people use it.
Good App, but
It needs to be aligned with the actual procedures. Also, it needs more explanations and details for each item. I used it to make a couple of requests, but I got no response. Seems to me that the The app has been eliminated from the workflow of Axa.
