Terrible to use
One of the worst apps I have had to use. Doesn’t show me anything that’s actually useful such as what my coverage is, balances for my coverages or anything like that. Just a bunch of fluff. Also can’t submit a claim easily as it’s asking for a large amount of information you would never be provided as a customer. Wish I didn’t have to use this benefits provider because this process is horrendous

Aweful app
Can’t even put in my banking info to get returns
Stuck in 2001
Got enrolled through work which I couldn’t complete, submitted a to key and they took 2 months to fix it and I didn’t have benefits the entire time. When using them with my spouses they don’t deduct anything and have to submit a receipt which takes ages to get paid. As for the app, it’s okay but company as a whole needs to update their methods.

The only app in the world that won’t save your log in info absolute garbage this app needs a major overhaul asap I would give it - star review if I could
Calendar is a problem
When trying to submit a claim you can not select a date on the outside range from the drop down calendar (Saturday or Sunday)
