I lost all my aura

I got this app in 2024 and at the start it was a blast, I enjoyed all the fun functions this app had to offer but then I became extremely addicted to this app and lost my girlfriend of 6 years due to my addiction. I was devastated so I deleted it and focused on my mental health having cold showers at 3am and having a Mediterranean based diet!
