Seafood
Recently the app was updated. Can no longer see the seafood dinner options. Along with that I was able to see weekly sales on these dinners prepared in the store. Very disappointed!

Don’t bother loading savings.
Just lost 600 points trying to add savings to gas. Don’t bother with big y gas savings, just go to Costco or stop and shop cause the app steals your savings.
Still haven’t fixed the issues written about by snobunny on jan 9.
It’s May 18, 2026 and still having the same issues. Last week no problem using the app, this week no go. When I tried to login it doesn’t recognize my name as a name. Beyond tiresome.

Password is worse than for a Bank... The app still rarely works and rarely shows products. It's truly awful. Why can't they follow Stop & Shop, Shaws, Whole Foods, etc?
Pretty useless
The best feature of a store app is item location, but it doesn’t have that. The search function is extremely poor (seems to only search on “OR”) so it’s relatively useless too.

Maybe only compatible with newest iPhone/iOS. Very annoying to have to use the desktop version.

fix. the. search
the search function is borderline unusable. if you search for peanuts the first pages of results are all candy, ice cream, peanut butter etc. no! i want peanuts! the nuts! by themselves! why is this so difficult for this app??? same thing with string cheese. I know they have it, I’ve seen it in stores, but according to the app this product doesn’t exist. please fix this stupid app

Bad UX
Update: I’m not sure why adding items to a sorted list and keeping the scroll position is proving to be such an impossible task for your devs, but it’s probably time to cut them loose.
A lot of the issues this app has could be avoided if the developers actually tried to use it.

White screen on 6s totally useless now
Cool upgraded to try fix pw issue now unusable. White screen nice. A new patch for 2026. Still not fixed white screen. Unusable.

App stopped working to only support iOS 16+. Not sure why? Now since upgrading my phone for other reasons, every time I look at a product I have to start the scrolling all over from the beginning! One fail after the next!
No good app
What have they done to the app? It no longer works on my old iPhone. I just get a blank screen. Tried reinstalling, but still the same result: it won’t run on an old phone without the latest iOS! Guess I’ll have to stick with Stop and Stop to use digital coupons.
Make Shopping Enjoyable
Right now shopping is not enjoyable when I have to keep remembering psw after psw to shop at my favorite store all because some one puts a change in the computer. It is aggravating, annoying, and making me angry! I am not the only soul complaining either. Shopping isn’t supposed to be this hard or stressful but ever since you started with digital coupons, after we signed up loyalty cards for the store well, not good enough! Please make this easier, less time consuming and a joy to be here. You will see me more often with a smile on my face! Thank you very much!

The latest 7.0.4 update not working on iOS 15
The latest app update no longer works on iOS 15. Supposed to be compatible with iOS 14 and iOS 15. Need to use the browser on iPhone 6s and iPhone 7. Please fix the app.
App is AWFUL!!!!!!!
I have been trying to set up this app for several months. No one at customer service can help me. I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times. They say tons of people are having issues. Why can’t it be fixed? The “update” was back in August and I haven’t been able to connect since then. Literally 100+ attempts!!!!
