Horrible app
App will not show billing or payment information. It says I must contact by phone. When I tried to contact by phone this week, I was on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes and couldn’t get them to answer!
Great updates
I love that they added two-factor authentication so I can get my code with texting now. They really made a lot of improvements! It’s handy being able to download my claims and see them.
Pretty bad really
Website passthru app that doesn’t even allow face id or other phone native auth. Basically a browser to their website. Useless.
The worst
They are constantly makes you sign in and verify your email. It is very hard to navigate.
It does….nothing
This app is a big nothing. It’s just a single screen with a login button, and the login button will do one of two things, seemingly at random: it will either give you an error message saying it broke with a code -50000, or it will open up a web browser to login over the web to the exact same experience you get just going there through safari. Somehow they got a sometimes functional bookmark approved on the App Store.
I have hated every part of the experience of my employer switching from UHC to BCBS NE, and this “app” is just the icing on the cake.

Not even an app
It just routes you to the website and it does not remember your credentials. The budget they received for the application development must have been embezzled.
Terrible
How do you login on this app? I keep having to retype it in every time. I have saved it multiple times and it still doesn’t work. Worthless app if I have to carry around the password to type in each time.
Not actually an app
The “app” is just a link to log in, which redirects you to a web browser log in page. Once logged in, all functionality is within the web browser. Better off just bookmarking the webpage.
Would give zero stars
Just joined BCBS because my UHC plan went away. I cannot believe how bad this app is. Totally agree with the lead review. This app is just a wrap for their equally bad web site. My husband and I have been trying to set up his account for 45 minutes. Totally does not function and is worthless. Very disappointing. Hopefully our experience with the insurance will be better.

Don’t bother downloading
My employer just switched from UHC to BCBS so I’m used to the UHC app which is so helpful. This app is just a fancy list of bookmarks to their website, not actually useful or helpful.

Worst app out there
You will not be able to find the worst health insurance app in the App Store! Every time you want to log in it throw you to the browser so the app is worthless to have it on your phone. And even on the website it is slooooooooooooooow to open page in full. So get your coffee, popcorn and a movie and wait for it to open. Looks like “developer” of this app is out of the world of programming cause with today technology this app looks like was developed by 3yo who was just clapping on the keyboard with open hand and have fun with what popped up on the screen, which was this app!

What’s the point of the app?
It doesn’t work at all. Why does it even exist?
Slow & it just opens the website
I wish this were an actual app instead of just opening the website. The website is sooooo slow and anytime you try to click on anything, it takes a bit to load.
Not an app
It’s actually not an app. It just takes you to their website. It doesn’t save login information for quick login and has no alerts notifications.
Worst App
This has to win for WORST APP out there. It’s an app but basically a mask app for the website. It’s useless, doesn’t give you the info that you need and overall very frustrating. The website itself is NOT any better. Do better BCBS!

Where to start?
It doesn’t save your login. It’s web based not app. Nothing loads once you are in. Exit any page or try and go back and it kicks you out and you have to log back in.
