new updates have made such a difference
my building uses MYBOS and made us use the app for BM comms and it’s made our life as tenants so much easier. i didn’t even know this was a thing!

Really poorly made app. Bad UX, session management, and just a really half hearted attempt at a building management platform.
Software app bug
Opening app sometimes there is a white solid screen appearing sometimes not all the time very intermittent.
Community unable to communicate with each other
When will the community board functionality actually work. It is so important for residents to be able to communicate with each other but this app does not support this.
Terrible
Can’t even use this app to book a visitor car park because it doesn’t give me the option to do. Has terrible UX, and I have to default to using the website to book anything.
Logging on
It is so frustrating to have to provide user name and password whenever I logon

Nothing works
The “new” myPos app not only didn’t fix issues but added many new ones. Login is slow and no progress indication. Ordering of requests is done by a beginner/child. No quality control whatsoever. There are so many embarrassing problems yet this abomination has been released whole year ago and none of issues fixed.

This is a dumpster fire of an application. Constantly signs out, works maybe 5% of the time. Way below expectations in 2024.

Functionality is limited and frustrating to be logged out frequently. Useful for booking facilities though

This app is poorly written and not displaying bookings in a logical or chronological order. Options for displaying different amenities and order/sequence should be allowed.

The MYBOS resident app is real easy to use.
I find it simple and reliable to communicate with the building manager. I have a couple of investment properties and they are using Mybos. It’s made life a little easier.

This app locks you out at least once a month and it’s almost impossible to reactivate .
