Can’t Use

I am unable to use the app. I’ve tried to sign in but it says error. I try to reset my password and it says that it sends me a reset link via email and I never receive the email.

There is no one to assist me. Very frustrating.

I can’t use the app, it crashes every 30 seconds. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. It’s useless.

Can’t see any comments or status updates

When going to view for updates on the requests that were recently closed, I can’t see any responses on what was done and why the request was closed.
