Can’t Use
I am unable to use the app. I’ve tried to sign in but it says error. I try to reset my password and it says that it sends me a reset link via email and I never receive the email.
There is no one to assist me. Very frustrating.

The App Crashes constantly
I can’t use the app, it crashes every 30 seconds. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. It’s useless.
Can’t see any comments or status updates
When going to view for updates on the requests that were recently closed, I can’t see any responses on what was done and why the request was closed.
App is broken
App will not load after opening. Stays on loading screen and no other pages will load.
Makes it easy
This is a great app to request mosquito spraying and direct you to BROWARD county government services.
